Missing Pieces Project
Oral history has the power to enhance understanding and promote dialogue among citizens. Part of our philosophy involves telling the histories of everyone in our community, including those traditionally excluded from history books. In the past year we have collected over fifty new oral histories. Through first-person perspectives and studio portraits, Welcome to the Mix provides a glimpse into some of the fascinating people and stories that will now be part of SDHC’s collection.
